Exchange & Refund
How can I exchange/refund my purchase
- 14 days to return the products starting from the receiving day
- It should have the tag or sticker; item should be in “new with tags” condition
- If the item is used or worn it will not be returned or refunded
- It should be returned with its original box of the brand
- To return an item, kindly send it back to our warehouse address: ………………. Once received and inspected, we will issue the exchange or the refund. Note that the return charges is by the customer and the re-delivery charges will apply.
- If the customer changed the product more than one time, he/she will pay 2 KD in every time he/she changed the product the same in the order.
- Underwear cannot be returned.
- Perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged
